The Missouri River Conference Cross Country meet was held on Friday night in LeMars. Bishop Heelan won the girls race and Sioux City North won the boys title. CB Thomas Jefferson was 2nd in the boys race, led by Wimach Gilo who finished 3rd place. Abraham Lincoln was 6th on the boys side. The Abraham Lincoln girls finished 6th and Thomas Jefferson was 7th in the girls race. Hayleigh Vandervelde of Abraham Lincoln was the top area girls runner in 18th.

Kaia Downs of Sioux City East won the girls title. Yemane Kifle of Sioux City North was the boys winner.
