We have a busy day of high school basketball coverage on the way for you today on KJAN. Three games are on the slate.

We’ll get started with a Western Iowa Conference doubleheader over at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs. The Riverside Bulldogs will face the Underwood Eagles as part of the Jennie Ed Sports Med MAC Shootout. The girls game will get started at 4:00pm with the boys to follow at 5:30pm. Those are the first two games of a 12-game two day slate for the event. The nightcap tonight will have Glenwood facing St. Albert in a doubleheader. Here is a look a the schedule for the MAC Shootout.

After our coverage of the Underwood vs. Riverside double-dip we will head across town to Lewis Central High School where the Class 3A 5th-ranked Titans will host the Atlantic Trojans. Tip-off for that one is set for 7:30pm. Coverage cancelled of final game due to time change to 5:00pm. Chris Parks and Mike Smith will have the call of both games from Council Bluffs today.
