BILLY MEISTER, 68, of Manning died Wednesday, September 12th at the VA Hospital in Des Moines. A Memorial service for BILLY MEISTER will be held on Monday, October 1st at 1:00pm at the United Methodist Church in Manning. Ohde Funeral Home in Manning has the arrangements.
