2 people arrested on felony drug charges in Adams County

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office reported Wednesday, that two people, a man and a woman, were arrested on felony drug charges. Matthew Sims and Crystal Oxenreider, both of Brooks, face felony charges that include Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) With the Intent to Deliver (Class D Felony, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana) With the Intent to Deliver (Class D Felony).

The pair were also charged with varying degrees of misdemeanors, including Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine), Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana), Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Sims was additionally charged with Interference with Official Acts.

The case remains under investigation.
