MARY ELIZABETH MONAHAN, 95, of Harlan, died Friday, Dec. 15th, at Avoca Specialty Care. A Mass of Christian Burial for MARY MONAHAN will be held 11-a.m. Wed., Dec. 20th, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Harlan. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Tue., Dec. 19th, from 5-until 8-p.m. A Wake service will be held at the funeral home 7-p.m. Tuesday.

Burial will be in the Harlan Cemetery.

MARY MONAHAN is survived by:

Her daughters – Darlene (Chuck) Montgomery, of Yuba City, CA., & Marilyn Ahrens, of Council Bluffs.

Her sons – Patrick (Ruth) Monahan, of Earling; Mike (Barb) Monahan, of Council Bluffs; Phil Monahan, of Harlan, and Greg Monahan, of Omaha.

Her sisters – Margaret Patten, of Omaha, and Theresa Kenkel, of Missouri Valley.

19 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
