A man from Pottawattamie County was arrested late Sunday night near Lake Icaria, in Adams County, for Public Intoxication. The Adams County Sheriff’s Office reports 25-year old Jeremy Scott Dolph, of Council Bluffs, was taken into custody at around 11:35-p.m. after a Park Officer saw Dolph walking around the shoulder of Kale Avenue by a parked vehicle, following a traffic stop. Dolph was being held in the Adams County Jail on a $300 bond.
