The Cass County Sheriff’s Office today (Tuesday), released a lengthy report on arrests dating back to Oct. 12th. On October 12th, 43-year old Jeremy Eugene Jameson, of Atlantic, was arrested on a Pottawattamie County warrant. Jameson was held at the Cass County Jail until transferred to Pottawattamie County authorities.

On October 16th: Cass County Deputies arrested Henry Herman Miller, Jr., on charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver Meth (a Class-C Felony), Possession of Methamphetamine, Sponsoring a Gathering (a Class-D Felony), Prohibited Acts, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Miller was taken to the Cass County Jail where he remains held on $59,300 bond.

Also arrested October 16th, was 32-year old Marcia Jane Casteel, of Anita, who was charged with of Domestic Abuse Assault. Casteel was taken to the Cass County Jail and was released the following day on her own recognizance. And, 47-year old William Charles Holliday, of Atlantic, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine 2^nd Offense, Possession of Marijuana 2^nd Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Holliday was taken to the Cass County Jail and was released the following day on $2,000 bond.

On October 18th, Cass County Deputies arrested 55-year old Jim Lee Findley, of Council Bluffs, on a District Court warrant for Failure to Appear. Findley was taken to the Cass County Jail, sentenced, and served sentenced time. On October 19th, 24-year old Jordan Louis Brown, of Norton Shore, MI, was arrested for OWI 2^nd Offense, Possession of Xanax 2^nd Offense, and Possession of Marijuana 2^nd Offense. Brown was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on $5,000 bond.

On October 20th, 20-year old Connor Nathaniel Burg, of Atlantic, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 1^st Offense. Burg was taken to the Cass County Jail and was released later that day on $1,000 bond. 29-year old Kaleigh Marie Turner, of Harlan, was arrested that same day on a District Court warrant for Probation Violation. Turner was taken to the Cass County Jail and later released on $2,000 bond.

On October 23rd, 35-year old Thor Douglas Jordan, of Atlantic, was arrested on a charge of OWI 1^st Offense. Jordan was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on his own recognizance. And, 38-year old Robert Lee Atkinson, of Anita, was arrested on a charge of Driving While Barred. Atkinson was taken to the Cass County Jail and was released later that day on $2,000 bond.
