The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office reports a Cass County woman was arrested Thursday night on an OWI/1st offense charge. The arrest of 39-year old Julie Ann Luetje, of Atlantic, was the result of a traffic stop on Highway 71 near Highway 44, at around 11:30-p.m. Luetje was brought to the Audubon County Jail, and later released after appearing before a Magistrate.
