THUNDERSTORM CHANCES RETURN LATE TONIGHT. SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED. THUNDERSTORM CHANCES CONTINUE SUNDAY INTO MONDAY MORNING, AND AGAIN FROM TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. SEVERE WEATHER IS POSSIBLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING…AND AGAIN FROM LATE TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. ALTHOUGH THE PRIMARY THREATS WILL BE LARGE HAIL AND STRONG WINDS…AN ISOLATED TORNADO CANNOT BE RULED OUT.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS POSSIBLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

MONONA-HARRISON-SHELBY-POTTAWATTAMIE-MILLS-MONTGOMERY-FREMONT-PAGE COUNTIES:

THUNDERSTORMS COULD MOVE INTO OR DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE AREA TONIGHT. SEVERE STORMS DO NOT APPEAR LIKELY AT THIS TIME.

THUNDERSTORMS MAY LINGER INTO SUNDAY MORNING. A HIGHER CHANCE OF STORMS IS EXPECTED SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND SUNDAY EVENING. A FEW STRONG AND POSSIBLY SEVERE STORMS COULD OCCUR OVER SOUTHWEST IOWA AND SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA.

ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS COULD OCCUR TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY, AND FROM THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY. SOME STRONG STORMS APPEAR POSSIBLE ON TUESDAY…MAINLY IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
