The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest Wednesday night, of 36-year old Michael Wayne England, of Emerson. England was taken into custody under the authority of a Page County warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in court on an original charge of assault, that allegedly took place Nov. 15th.  England was being held in the Mills County Jail on $300 bond.
