The Patrol says Paulson was traveling east on Highway 83 in a 2000 Buick Lesabre, when for unknown reasons, he crossed the center line of the road. Donna Kopaska, who was driving a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 westbound, tried to avoid the collision by braking and steering to the right shoulder of the road, but the car hit the pickup on the left front side. The truck came to rest near the curb of the road, while the car skidded about 100 feet before stopping in the middle of the road.wreck 003
