A woman from Oakland was arrested early this (Wednesday) morning in Red Oak, on a warrant out of Pottawattamie County. Red Oak Police say 25-year old Noel Kerrie Dominguez was taken into custody at around 12:15-a.m. on a warrant for Failure to Appear in court on a Domestic Abuse charge. She was transported to Pott. County and being held at the jail in Council Bluffs and a $500 cash bond.
