A Red Oak man was arrested on a Public Intoxication charge early this (Sunday) morning. 53-year old David Lawrence Howe was taken into custody at around 12:35-a.m., in the 1600 block of East Summit Street. He was brought to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $300 cash bond.
