Police in Red Oak arrested a man on a valid, No Trepass Order, Friday afternoon. 53-year old Kenneth Dale Jipsen, of Emerson, was taken into custody at around 1:40-p.m. at the Oak Creek Apartments, at 1660 E. Summit Street, in Red Oak. Jipsen was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $300 cash bond.
