Adair County Sheriff’s report: 6 arrests

The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports six people were arrested over the past week. On Saturday, 33-year old Ryan James Richter, of Casey, was arrested on a warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order. Bond was set at $1,000.

49-year old Michelle Renee Evans, of Bridgewater, was arrested Friday to serve a previous, court ordered sentence. She was released Sunday after putting in the required time. Also arrested Friday, was 25-year old Tyler Patrick Jacobsen, of Omaha. Jacobsen was charged with felony Theft in the 2nd Degree for allegedly taking an H&H trailer valued at $6,000 last August, from a business in Adair. He was taken into custody at the Casey’s General Store parking lot in Adair, while attempting to sell the trailer for $3,500. He was later released on bond.

The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports also, 31-year old Ashley Suzanne Boyd, of Greenfield, was arrested Sept. 24th for Driving Under Suspension. On Sept. 23rd, 41-year old Rebecca Lynn Hutton, of Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Harassment in the 1st Degree. She was later released on a Recognizance Bond.

And on Sept. 21st, 30-year old Gabriel John Simmerman, of Carroll, was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear Pay a fine. He was later released on a Signature Bond set at $500.
