Police in Council Bluffs said late Saturday evening that a man found on a street early Saturday morning, has died. 20-year old Jacob Combs passed away at around 4:45-p.m. at Creighton Medical Center. Authorities are now treating this incident as a death investigation. An autopsy will be scheduled but the date and time are pending. An investigation is ongoing and officials are are asking for the public’s help with any information that can be provided.
