MARVIN “DEAN” MARDESEN, 79, of Omaha (& formerly of Elliott), died Thu., June 18th, at the Veterans Hospital in Omaha. Funeral services for DEAN MARDESEN will be held 10:30-a.m. Tuesday, June 23rd, at the Elliott United Methodist Church in Elliott. Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold has the arrangements.

Visitation with the family will be Monday evening from 5-7 PM at the Duhn Funeral Home in Griswold.

Interment will be in the Pleasant Township Cemetery.

His wife – Ilene Mardesen.

His sons – Ronnie and wife Denise, and Donnie and wife Amy.

His brothers – Darwin Claussen, Curt Mardesen and wife Denise, and Marty Mardesen and wife Janet.

5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
