Two people have been arrested on separate charges, in Cass County. The Sheriff’s Office reports 19-year old Angel Nicole Knowles, of Elk Horn, was arrested today (Monday), on a District Court warrant for Probation Violation. Knowles was taken to the Cass County Jail where she remains held on $7,500 bond.

And on Sunday, 56-year old Robert John Rasmussen, of Massena, was arrested on a charge of Driving Under Suspension. Rasmussen was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was released the following day on his own recognizance.
