Red Oak Police report the arrest of 32-year-old Jessica Lynn Cisar of Red Oak on Saturday at 2:54pm for Burglary in the 3rd Degree and two counts of Trespassing.  Cisar was arrested in the 1100 block of N 3rd Street and later booked into the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center and held on $5,000 cash bond.  No further details were released.
