EGON SIMONSEN, 93, of Elk Horn, died Tuesday, Feb. 3rd, at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. Funeral Services for EGON SIMONSEN will be held 10:30-a.m. Saturday, Feb 7th, at the Elk Horn Lutheran Church in Elk Horn. Ohde Funeral Home of Kimballton has the arrangements.

Friends may call from 4- until 7-pm Friday at the church in Elk Horn, with a time for sharing at 6-pm. Visitation will continue 9:30-a.m. Saturday, at the church.

Burial will be at the Elk Horn Lutheran Church Cemetery

Egon Simonsen is survived by:
His son –  Steven (Colleen) of Omaha

His daughter – Jana (Steve) Boettger of Harlan.

His brother – Paul (Shirley) Simonsen of Walnut.

His sister-in-law: Doris (Arnold) Gude of Elk Horn.

10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, other relatives, and many friends in and around Elk Horn and throughout Denmark.
