CHARLES FRANK MARTENS, 87, of Walnut, died Thu., Jan 15th, at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. Funeral services for CHARLES MARTENS will be held 2-p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18th, at the 1st United Methodist Church, in Harlan. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation at the funeral home is from 2-until 8-pm Sat., Jan. 17th, with the family greeting friends from 5-until 7-pm.

Burial will be held at a later date.

His wife – Marlys Martens, of Walnut.

His sons – Gary (Betty) Martens, & Hal (Deborah) Martens, all of Walnut.

His daughter – Lisa Thomas, of Soldotna, AK

His sisters – Alita Stichler, of Council Bluffs, & Bess Ryan, of Modesto, CA.

6 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren.
