Teen pleads not guilty

17-year-old Trevor Ray Feauto of Clarksville has pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide charges in connection to a fatal car crash in August. Court records show an attorney for Feauto filed the written plea on Monday in Sac County District Court. Feauto faces two counts of homicide by vehicle-operating under the influence and two counts of homicide by vehicle-reckless driving. The Sioux City Journal reports that a trial date has not yet been set.

Feauto was the driver of a pickup which collided with a car driven by 16-year-old Bailey Jacobsen. She and her passenger, 16-year-old Lindsey Quirk, were both killed in the crash.
