Police in Red Oak report the arrest Saturday night of a local man. 22-year old Dustin James Danick, of Red Oak, was arrested by Red Oak Police officers at around 9:55-p.m. on charges of Trespass and Obstruction of Emergency Communications. Danick was taken into custody in the 1800 block of east Summit Street and brought to the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center, where he was being held on $300 cash bond.
