BURLINGTON, Iowa (AP) — Volunteers have gathered in southeast Iowa for an annual “clinic” to fix stuffed animals. The Teddy Bear Picnic on Sunday at a Burlington park involved volunteers mending and fixing plush toys for children. The afternoon also included face painting, bubbles and a bounce house.
