THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA/VALLEY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF IOWA AND NEBRASKA  THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.

* HIGH ENVIRONMENTAL MOISTURE CONTENT COMBINED WITH OCCASIONAL PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS WILL RESULT IN AREAS OF FLASH FLOODING INTO EARLY MONDAY MORNING.
