* IMPACTS…DRIVING WILL BE DIFFICULT. WATCH FOR DEBRIS ON ROADS ALONG WITH LOCALLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING DUST. SOME SNOW SHOWERS COULD ALSO REDUCE VISIBILITIES…MAINLY ACROSS WESTERN IOWA.
