RICKEY RAY CARTER, 64, of Harlan died Friday, Jan. 17th at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, NE.  Visitation for RICKEY CARTER will be held Sunday, Jan. 19th from 2:00pm-5:00pm at the Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan.
