**High Wind Warning in effect from 3pm until Midnight**

Today: Rain and snow showers likely, becoming all snow after 5pm. Partly sunny, with a temperature rising to near 46 by noon, then falling to around 30 during the remainder of the day. Windy, with a west northwest wind 18 to 23 mph increasing to 29 to 34 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Tonight: Scattered snow showers before 7pm, then patchy blowing snow and a slight chance of snow showers between 7pm and 9pm, then patchy blowing snow after 9pm. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around -3. Wind chill values as low as -25. Very windy, with a north northwest wind 32 to 37 mph decreasing to 20 to 25 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 55 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
