THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DES MOINES HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL ADVISORY…WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO NOON CST MONDAY.

* TIMING…VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP LOWER THAN 20 BELOW ZERO DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS OF MONDAY WITH ONLY GRADUAL IMPROVEMENT DURING MORNING MORNING.

* WIND CHILL VALUES…VALUES OF 20 TO 25 BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED WITH THE LOWER READINGS ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80.

* WINDS…FAIRLY CONSTANT NORTHWEST WINDS AT 10 TO 15 MPH ARE EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING.
