Deputies in Montgomery County arrest two people Saturday. Officials say at around 8:30-a.m., 23-year old Lawrence August the Third, of Audubon, was arrested on a valid warrant for a probation violation. August was transported from Sac County to Montgomery County Corrections, where he was being held on $7,500 cash bond. And, taken into custody at around 5:30-p.m. Saturday, was 30-year old Matthew Lee Gusman, of Red Oak. Gusman was charged with Driving While Barred. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and later released on $2,000 cash bond.

Police in Red Oak report the arrest Sunday morning, of 46-year old Terry Gene Coddington. Coddington, who’s from Red Oak, was taken into custody in the 100 block of East Maple Street at around 1:25-a.m., and charged with Driving While Revoked. He later posted a cash bond amounting to a little more than $566.
