Woman arrested after nearly hitting a sheriff’s vehicle

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says a woman was arrested early this (Sunday) morning, after she nearly hit a sheriff’s patrol car. Tina Jackson, of Clarinda, was taken into custody following a traffic stop at around 2:40-a.m. Officials say her car was stopped when Jackson nearly collided head-on with deputies. The woman was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on an OWI charge. Her bond was set at $1,000.
