OWEN J. LANGENFELD, 86, of Earling (and formerly of Harlan) died Sun., July 7th in Earling. A Mass of Christian Burial service for OWEN LANGENFELD will be held at 10:30-a.m. Fri., July 12th in St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Harlan. Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

A wake service will be held at 7:30-p.m. Thurs., July 11th at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Harlan where friends may call from 2:00 to 9:00-p.m.

Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Earling.

His daughter – Kaleen (Paul) Johnston of Manassas, VA

His sons – Phillip (Julie) Langenfeld of St. Cloud, MN; Eugene (Nan) Langenfeld of Omaha, NE; and Glen (Mary) Langenfeld of Bellevue, NE

His 3 sisters – Ruth Haberkorn of Long Island, NY,  Edna (Kenny) Shafer of Earling, and Neil Coenen, of Omaha.

His brothers – Mike (Phyllis) Langenfeld of Omaha, NE; Vern (Carolyn) Langenfeld of Saint Louis, MO; and Gail (Pauline) Langenfeld of Hartland, WI.
