 …FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING… 
 * RECENT RAINFALL HAS PRODUCED SEVERAL INCHES OF RAINFALL ACROSS
   MUCH OF THE AREA…AND SEVERAL ROUNDS OF ADDITIONAL
   THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO PASS THROUGH THE WATCH AREA
   TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY…WITH THE HIGHEST POTENTIAL TONIGHT INTO
   EARLY SATURDAY. AMPLE MOISTURE WILL BE AVAILABLE AND THESE
   STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL. RAINFALL
   AMOUNTS OF ONE TO THREE INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH LATE
   SATURDAY AFTERNOON WITH ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS. GIVEN THE
   SATURATED CONDITIONS… EXCESSIVE RUNOFF MAY BECOME A PROBLEM
   VERY QUICKLY LEADING TO FLASH FLOODING.
 
 * SIGNIFICANT AND LIFE THREATENING FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
   PERSONS LIVING IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS SHOULD BE PREPARED TO TAKE
   ACTION. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS! AS LITTLE AS
   6 INCHES OF RUNNING WATER CAN SWEEP A VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD. IN
   ADDITION…SIGNIFICANT RIVER FLOODING IS POSSIBLE AFTER THIS
   EVENT.
