Sheriff’s deputies in Cass County arrested a Massena man Saturday. Authorities say40-year old Todd Edward Kimpson, faces a felony charge of Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon and an Aggravated Domestic Assault charge. Kimpson was taken to the Cass County Jail and released Monday on $10,000 cash bond.
