* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA...
  EXTREME SOUTHERN POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA...
  SOUTHEASTERN MILLS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA...
  NORTHWESTERN PAGE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA...
  NORTHEASTERN FREMONT COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA...

* UNTIL 545 PM CDT

* AT 240 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  RED OAK...ESSEX...ELLIOTT...IMOGENE AND COBURG.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
