Authorities in Montgomery County report the arrest Saturday night of a Nebraska man on fraud-related charges. Police in Red Oak arrested 28-year old Denver Owen Johnson II, of LaVista, NE, at around 10:50-p.m. at 110 West Coolbaugh Street. Johnson was taken into custody on a felony charge of Counterfeiting and/or Forgery. He was being held at the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center on $9,750 cash bond.
