Police in Red Oak report the arrest Friday of a man wanted on a warrant out of Clarinda, for Failure To Appear for a Compliance Hearing, on an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance/3^rd offense. 23-year-old Zachary Allen Colebank, of Stanton, was transported to Page County Jail and held, pending an appearance before the magistrate.
