The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest on Sunday, of 25-year old Jesse Cavin Meier, from  Lewis. Meier was taken into custody on a charge of OWI 2^nd Offense, and was being held in the Cass County Jail on $2,500 bond.
