KAROLYN KAY THOMPSON, 69, of Stuart died Tuesday, October 2 at the Stuart Community Care Center.  Funeral services for KAROLYN KAY THOMPSON will be held on Friday, October 5 at 10:00 am a the Stuart-Mount Vernon United Methodist Church.  Johnson Family Funeral Home in Stuart has the arrangements.

Burial in the South Oak Grove Cemetery.
