The Harlan Police Department is requesting the public’s help in finding the person or persons responsible for a break-in at the Shelby County Speedway, in Harlan. The incident happened sometime between Saturday night, September 8th and the morning of Sunday, September 9th. Officials say approximately $15,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from the Speedway.
