An Atlantic man was arrested Tuesday afternoon, on a warrant out of Audubon County charging him with Violation of his Probation. 23-year old Shea Michael Young was taken into custody at around 1:30-p.m.. Young was wanted for failing to appear for a Compliance Hearing. He was placed on probation in July 2011, after pleading guilty to a Possession of a Controlled Substance/Marijuana – 2nd offense, charge. Young was being held in the Audubon County Jail on $700 bond. He’s scheduled to appear in District Court on Monday, Sept. 17th.
