Harrison Co. fatal cycle accident

A Nebraska man died Saturday afternoon in Harrison County, when his motorcycle left the road, for reasons unknown. The Iowa State Patrol says 48 year old Michael R. Beck, of Decatur, NE, was driving a 2004 Harley Davidson left Interstate 29 northbound near the 94.5 mile marker, at around 2:10-p.m. The cycle ended up in the median. Beck was flown by Lifenet helicopter to Creighton University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Assisting at the accident scene was the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department and Mondamin Fire and Rescue.
