The Clarinda Police Department reports  one person was arrested Sunday night on drug charges. 23-year old Zachary Allan Colebank, of Stanton, was taken into custody just before 10-p.m., on possession of marijuana/3^rd offense, and drug paraphernalia charges

Colebank was arrested at a residence on East Chestnut Street, after police officers responded to a reported disturbance. The man was brought to the Page County jail and held, pending a court appearance.
