  POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA...
  SOUTHWESTERN SHELBY COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA...

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 445 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS
  INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE
  HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS
  LOCATED NEAR COUNCIL BLUFFS...OR 12 MILES EAST OF OMAHA...AND
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  COUNCIL BLUFFS...AVOCA...TREYNOR...SHELBY...UNDERWOOD...MINDEN...
  PERSIA...
  NEOLA AND MCCLELLAND.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 HIGHWAY 59 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 64 AND 67.
 INTERSTATE 29 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 45 AND 50.
 INTERSTATE 80 IN IOWA BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 3 AND 40.
