* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR…

SOUTHERN AUDUBON COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL IOWA

NORTHEASTERN CASS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 803 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A

SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL…AND

DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR

ELK HORN…OR 10 MILES NORTH OF ATLANTIC…AND MOVING EAST AT 40

MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE…

AUDUBON…BRAYTON…EXIRA…AUDUBON AIRPORT AND ANITA.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 80 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 55 AND 73.
