SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) — A man who escaped from a residential work release center in Sioux City is back in custody. State prison officials say 40-year-old Cletus Armell was captured on Tuesday. He was taken to the Woodbury County jail. Details of his arrest weren’t immediately released. Armell failed to return to the facility on Sunday from a shopping pass. He was serving a 15-year sentence for armed robbery. He was transferred to the work release center in Sioux City in December.
