EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN MILLS COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN IOWA…EXTREME NORTHEASTERN FREMONT COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN IOWA…UNTIL 515 PM CDT

* AT 206 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE RANDOLPH.
