SOUTHWESTERN ADAIR COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA…NORTHERN ADAMS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA…SOUTHEASTERN CASS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA… UNTIL 330 PM CDT

* AT 238 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL…AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR STANTON…OR 18 MILES NORTH OF CLARINDA…AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE…CARBON…CUMBERLAND…MASSENA AND BRIDGEWATER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
