ROY “DUSTY” RHODES, 64, of Council Bluffs (& formerly of the Cumberland & Atlantic areas) died Fri., March 9th, at his home in Council Bluffs. Graveside services for ROY RHODES will be held on Thursday, March 15 at 2 PM at Veterans Cemetery in Van Meter. Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-and Woodring Funeral Home in Council Bluffs is handling the arrangements.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 14 at 4 PM at the funeral home.

His wife – Linda Rhodes.

His sisters – Norma Wyllie, of Atlantic; Candace Reed, of Odessa, TX; Rita Trout, Doris Ballard,  Beverly Breeden, and Shirley Bonebrake, all of Council Bluffs.

His sons: James Rhodes, of Atlantic, and Dusty Lee Rhodes.
