The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports 65-year old William Glenn Foulkes, of Anita, was arrested Thursday on a felony warrant for one-count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor by a School Employee, and 49-Aggravated Misdemeanor counts of Sexual Exploitation. Foulkes was booked into the Cass County Jail, posted a $50,000 bond, and was released. Additional details are currently not available.
